* Weekly correspondence lessons via e-mail
* Steps towards designing an eating program that is simple & seeks to fit your preferences
* 3 months of support
Each session encourages the basic concept of:
* Eat only when you are physically hungry
* Enjoy the food you eat and eat the foods you enjoy *
* Only eating enough to fuel your body
* Let your changes count for something.
* If you have medical conditions which require food restriction you should talk to
your doctor before starting this program.
